Enrollment Information

You must have the following:

Birth certificate: (Original)

If you do not have a birth certificate, you can fill out an affidavit and have it notarized. When temporary evidence is given, it shall be understood that a proper birth certificate shall be produced within reasonable time.

Enrollment:

Person enrolling the student must be a natural parent or have court appointed guardianship or legal custody of the student.

Immunization:

No person shall be admitted to any school in the division unless, at the time of admission, documentary proof of successful immunization is provided.

Residency:

You must provide proof of residency by presenting one of the following:

bullet Proof of residency (deed or contract on a home in Manassas City or current rental/lease agreement AND two (2) of the following: driver's license, car registration, utility bill or utility hook up, personal property tax bill, city car sticker receipt, other bills, voter registration, green card, or other documentary evidence of similar reliability)

**You must have a current IEP if enrolling a special needs student.

***Please provide a copy of most recent grades for enrollment.
