Medications:
If you anticipate your child needing medication, using an inhaler or epi-pen next year, please pick up the appropriate forms in the clinic (or click on the appropriate form below).  A NEW FORM IS REQUIRED EACH NEW SCHOOL YEAR!

All prescription medications, inhalers, and epi-pens require a physician signature.  Summer is a great time to complete these forms.  Remember, students may carry their own inhalers at Metz, but the appropriate form must be kept on file in the clinic.

Scoliosis screening took place for all 8th grade students during the month of April.  Follow-up letters for those needing medical attention are being mailed home.  Please give this letter to your doctor on your next visit and return it to the clinic with his/her recommendation.

Reminders to students with asthma, make sure to have your inhalers with you before going to PE class.

Please remember that students are going outside for PE classes.

Parents: please make arrangements to pick up medications left in the clinic at the end of the school year.  Any medicine left in the clinic after the last day of school, will be DISCARDED.
